This is a Reinforcement Learning (RL) system that optimizes Gradle build configurations by learning from build performance data. Each experiment runs multiple build iterations with different configurations, collecting performance metrics and using them to guide future exploration.
The system is designed to work with GitHub Actions runners and integrates with Develocity for build analytics.
